A personalised session combining Conscious Connected Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki to help release stress, clear energy blocks, and restore balance. Available in-person (Foxford, Co. Mayo) or online via Zoom. Duration: 60 minutes

Cancellation & Refund Policy Due to the bespoke and limited-space nature of our events, the following cancellation terms apply: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: ✅ €40 Deposit will be charged Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event: ❌ No refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations impact our ability to offer the spot to others and cover costs. You are welcome to gift your spot to someone else if you can no longer attend.
