You remain fully clothed while lying on a treatment table.
Ciara works around the body using gentle touch and energetic cues to engage the nervous system. As the body begins to respond, movements or sensations may arise naturally.
Each session is guided by what your system is ready to process — allowing space for release, regulation and integration.
