Through Sound Healing, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Reiki Healing, and Spinal Energetics, I offer sessions that help release tension, reconnect you with your energy, and bring the body and mind back into balance.

I’ve recently opened The Energy Room in Foxford, Co. Mayo, a dedicated space where I host 1:1 sessions, group experiences, and wellness events. Alongside this, I continue to run retreats and sessions across Ireland.

Ciara Ginty

I’m Ciara, founder of All About Energies and The Energy Room in Foxford, Co. Mayo. Originally from Mayo, I spent six years living in Canada where I trained extensively in a range of healing modalities.

With a BSc in Science and an MA in Event Management, PR and Social Media, I bring together academic knowledge and a grounded, science-based outlook with a genuine, heartfelt approach to wellness.

My work includes internationally recognised training in Sound Healing, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Spinal Energetics and Reiki Healing. Through sessions, classes and retreats, I create experiences designed to support your whole self - body, mind and energy - in a professional, supportive and thoughtful way.
